As a renter, I found the property badly managed. Hot water often didn’t work, and building amenities were regularly unavailable. If you’re on the ground floor, gardeners may come into your property often. They’ve left doors open or unlocked, and tracked muddy footprints inside. There were unexplained direct debits, and money was used for things I hadn’t authorized. Other money was withheld without reason. Even after this was acknowledged and I asked for it back, they made promises but never returned it. It’s nearly impossible to reach the rentals manager: emails get minimal replies, calls often go unanswered, and there’s no weekend contact even for issues they caused.
