The Inchcolm has such a distinctive, charming atmosphere, but it was the people who made our wedding stay unforgettable. Everyone we met seemed genuinely happy for us, and their positive energy made the experience feel personal and special. Jherico, the Front Office Manager, arranged our reservation and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. That generous gesture meant a lot at such an important time. Brooke and Maria at reception were lovely too, always warm and ready to help, and nothing felt like a bother. From arrival onward, the whole team made us feel welcomed, cared for and celebrated. Our stay was comfortable and seamless, and we'll always remember it fondly.

Our pup's first hotel stay went so well. Everyone was friendly, helpful and fantastic with us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and my husband slept great, especially welcome after his back surgery. Thanks for a lovely stay. We'll definitely come back whenever we're in Brisbane.

The lively atmosphere was a fun contrast with the historic building, and I really enjoyed my short stay. It was my first time in the city, so it made a great introduction. The front desk team were energetic, friendly and incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be back.

We only booked one night and added a little note that we were celebrating something. The team at The Inchcolm really made it special, upgrading us to a remarkable room and leaving us a surprise. It was gorgeous and clean, with lovely views, a wonderfully comfortable bed and great amenities. Everyone was accommodating at every turn and worked hard to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you. I couldn't recommend this place more.

After three nights, we left feeling we'd found a no-nonsense hotel with old-world charm and large, modern rooms. We asked for an upgrade when we arrived and got one. The hotel is in a heritage building near central station and city hall. Our room had high ceilings, a spacious bathroom and a nice bar area, with everything from bathrobes to a milk frother. There's a bar and restaurant downstairs for dining in or room service. Hotel guests can also help themselves to fruit, coffee and pastries in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.
