Having Phoenix and Losi as property managers was a real blessing during our tenancy at Powerhouse Apartments. They keep the place clean, tidy and safe, and they were especially great through tough periods like COVID and the March 2022 floods. Always happy to chat and do what’s best for their tenants. I rented here for about two years, and Losi and Phoenix were wonderful on-site managers. They kept the place tidy and clean, dealt with my questions and issues quickly, and handled the building well as COVID restrictions changed. They were always welcoming, lovely and easy to deal with.

I’d happily come back and live here again. I spent a year in a beautiful unit at Powerhouse Apartments, with kind people around and a perfect location. The building managers, Phoenix and Losi, are the best. You’d be lucky to live there.

It was always clean and quiet, and the pool area is beautiful. I lived here for a year and a half, and Losi and Phoenix managed the apartments so well. Sad to be leaving. Thanks!

They seemed friendly and welcoming at first, but things changed at the end of my six-month lease. The 'concierge', or 'On-site Managers' as they’re called in Brisbane, became prickly and unhelpful, with an intimidating attitude toward clients. Don’t try to move even a small piece of furniture through the front foyer. Staff will block the exits and make it hard to leave the premises. If that doesn’t work, they’ll call the police. Nasty.
