The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and breakfast and evening cocktails were delightful! 👍😊👍😊 I was disappointed that the emergency evacuation sign didn't have AA, especially since the building is such a recent build. That's the first thing my dad taught us to check. I was also surprised there wasn't an Android charging point. The powdery residue around the shower drain and unflushed toilet paper left me wondering about other aspects of cleanliness. Little things make a difference ✨️ 😌

Nothing about this stay was nice, and it was the most disgusting place we've ever stayed. There were dog stains all over the floor, despite the extra cleaning charge for dogs. The bed sheets and doona were stained too. There was no aircon, and the shower was over a spa bath. The kettle looked so dirty inside that we wouldn't even make coffee. The walls were thin and the neighbour was vocal. People kept loitering up and down the hallway. It wasn't cheap either. We deserve a full refund.

I've been staying here for about six weeks and it's just so beautiful. The beds are really comfortable, the pool temperature is the best, and I love going for late night swims. Housekeeping do an amazing job, and the service is amazing too. The hotel is absolutely children friendly. (Tammy) manager is purely amazing, always on her feet but still making time for a chat and to check you're okay and doing fine. I'd 110% recommend this hotel to anyone! ❤️

The biggest letdown was the room cleanliness. The bed was neat and clean, but the rest of the room was below average. The microwave sat on a desk, and when we moved it to use the desk, the surface underneath was clearly barely cleaned, dirty and grotty. There was no tea towel and only a very limited, odd mix of cutlery, so dirty dishes could only be left to dry on the bathroom sink. No toaster either. I guess they expected us to eat in the connected restaurant, but our flight times made that impossible. The room was drab and dated, and the price listed on google was wrong, so we ended up paying much more. It's on a main road with busy traffic, which wasn't a problem for me. The bathroom water was only warm, not hot.

The noise was constant, with traffic, doors banging day and night, kids yelling in the halls, and dogs in the pool. Staff accused me more than once of having extra people stay and threatened to kick me out when my uncle came by with cleaning supplies. Other guests invited me to their room, then said cameras were watching me and questioned me about my sexuality. Staff even called me a liar. And there are huge cockroaches. 🪳
