Tanya showed real care for our family, and the housekeeping team looked after us so well. The receptionists were the sweetest and went above and beyond whenever they could. Our spacious One Bedroom Apartment was perfect for our family stay, and the cleanliness, location and amenities were exceptional. Thanks so much for a fantastic visit. We can’t wait to come back!

As a corporate guest, I had the best stay and really appreciated the whole team. The rooms were clean, organised and very hygienic, and everyone was amazing. Kane, who I believe is the manager, was funny and understanding. Mia was so helpful and nice, Lottie had a lovely energy, and Abby had such an amazing aura. I can’t believe she’s just a receptionist. The whole experience was beautiful, and I hope they know how much I appreciated them.

Work trips usually aren’t my thing, but I’d happily come back here anytime. Quest Eight Mile Plains is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and every staff member we dealt with put in so much effort. Thank you Saraya, Lottie, Abby, Mia and the team.

The bathroom stayed damp for a while after use because there was no ventilation fan, or maybe it was broken. Aside from that, it was clean and very comfortable, and I’d come back. Our one-bedroom apartment slept four, with a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed and extra towels and linen. It had a full kitchen, though we didn’t use it, plus an in-room washer and dryer with detergent, which was a lifesaver. Check-in was easy, parking in the garage was secure, and Sunnybank for Asian food and Westfield Mount Gravatt were both about 5-10 minutes away.

My husband and I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the service friendly. Mia was especially helpful with anything we needed. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in the area.
