We had a good stay in a quiet room, and it was convenient for everything, especially with the train station almost next door. We would stay again. A few things could be better: the bed was very hard, there weren't many utensils, and casting wouldn't connect, timing out every time. We only had one bin liner, and there were no signs showing where rubbish goes. The note on the fridge didn't explain it well, so we had to ask a local.

The king bed was comfy, and the hot water issue from the first evening, when we had a freezing shower, was fixed by the next morning. The fridge wasn't working either, but we pulled it out of the cabinetry and found it unplugged. Maybe the previous guest disconnected it because it was so noisy. We needed chilled drinks for Christmas Day, so we put up with the noise. Finding the car park was a mess. The YouTube video was no help when three streets in the complex have the same name, and there was no phone reception underground in the wrong car park. It'd be much easier if there were a front desk and staff. I still hadn't received my $200 bond 11 days later, though they said it could take up to 14. Apple Pay also activated each time I used the compulsory key app in the lift. We'll see what happens, but I won't be back.

The location was convenient and close to everything we needed, but the stay was disappointing. Check-in and checkout were a nightmare: unclear communication made both take much longer than they should have, leaving us stressed at the start and end of the visit. The apartment also needed attention. One towel had a huge hole in it, which felt unprofessional, and the washing machine was out of order. That was a real inconvenience, especially for a longer stay. Better maintenance and a smoother arrival and departure process would make this a much better experience.

The pool was nice, but it was dirty, with ants and flies around the area. The loungers were split and mouldy underneath, which shocked me when I looked closer. They need replacing and protecting, and the pool should be cleaned. It was so hot that I still wanted to get in. The room was filthy, so I had to clean it myself, and the sheets were changed only once during my week and three days there. There was no hot water, and I couldn't contact the place without an Australian number. The fire alarm went off three separate times, all false alarms, with no all-clear until I emailed and complained. There were some good bits: a balcony for sunsets, microwave, fridge with freezer, groceries right across the way, and two places nearby selling ready-cooked food. But it wasn't good value for the price. Do better.
