We're next door and regret moving into our building. Police cars with flashing lights visit several times a day, residents are loud and constantly fighting, and vehicles speed over the noisy uphill bumps even at night. The people here are not friendly to neighbours.

We booked a three-bedroom apartment for three nights so our family could attend a wedding. The written total was $1,380. Later, they called to say a football event in Brisbane meant they were withdrawing that price and raising it to $4,530. We begged them to honour the original rate, but they wouldn't, so we had to cancel. Be cautious, as this could happen again.

The rooms are very nice and have everything you need, with essentials close by. But in this heat, seeing that the pool was green was disappointing, to say the least.

It's in a fabulous spot, close to shops and services, and the older units still work well. The first management team I met at check-in made me feel welcome and were happy to help at any time. When a different management couple returned, the atmosphere changed and I felt they treated me like an inmate rather than a respected guest. This could be a fantastic place, but the experience depends on who's at the desk.
