We felt at home throughout our stay. When we arrived, our host welcomed us warmly and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back.

We came away having had a really enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, neat and tidy, and the pool was nice. It's a quieter spot away from the main drag, but still close to parks, amenities and places to eat. Our host was very helpful, and we'd stay here again.

We won't be recommending this place. Our stay in Redcliffe was ruined by the way we were greeted. We had booked for one adult and one child, but the staff member loudly said she hadn't known there was a child and that there were no children in that room. The child heard all of it, and it made the stay uncomfortable for everyone. The room we were given was their choice, not one we'd requested.

The reception lady was dismissive, rude and uncaring, repeatedly insisting the child couldn't stay even though the booking included a child. Her attitude ruined the whole night. We won't return, and we'll actively discourage people from staying at this Airbnb style hotel.

We came across this lovely B&B in a last minute search while we were in Redcliffe. The old house has lots of separate rooms, each with an ensuite, and the host was very pleasant. At nearly $200 a night, though, we'd have liked the shower to be cleaner and the bed and pillows to be more comfortable. The included “English breakfast” was open to interpretation. We heard the host is looking at selling, and wish her all the best.
