The location was quiet, the outside was well kept, and the lights looked great from the unit. There was plenty of room, but that was about the only good part inside. We found lolly wrappers, used bandaids and hair in the bathrooms, which made the stay feel unpleasant for what we paid. I'd stayed here before and had a pretty good time, so this was a letdown, especially for a birthday getaway. The floors, furniture and bedding need attention, and the cleaning needs to be much more thorough. I doubt I'll come back.

We were in Unit 3F, a three-bedroom unit booked through Air BNB, and left early because it was so unclean and unhygienic. There was mould and thick dust throughout, dirty floors and sticky surfaces, crumbs on the couch, an unclean oven, and spills inside cupboards. The fans were caked in dust, there was mould on the chair and curtains, and dirty cigarette butts covered the balcony. We also found pubic hair on the bedside table, in a drawer, and on a bar of soap left by the previous guest. The pillows and blankets smelled, and when we raised it, the Manager confirmed the bedding hadn't been washed and that we'd been sleeping in what the last guests used. He didn't seem to think that was a problem. My son woke with red bites all over his arm. There was green fungi on the shower head too. Communication with the Managers was poor. Totally disgusting. Do yourself a favour and don't book at The Arc Resort. I would never stay there again.

The rooms were grubby and didn't feel clean, and during our four days there nobody cleaned the room or replaced towels, toilet paper or anything else. The quilt covers were stained and gross. We also had several things that weren't working properly: the TV gave us sound but no picture, both showers had problems, the range hood was broken and the ceiling fan knobs were broken. The welcome basket with mini toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, washing detergent and washing powder that was supposed to be provided never arrived. For what we paid per night, the accommodation was poor. Thanks for having us, but we won't be staying at the Arc Resort again.

Everything in the apartment seemed to be falling apart, and the pool was like a hot bath. The lady manager kept backstabbing other guests, which made the whole stay horrible. The male manager was lovely, the only good part of it. Worst resort we've ever been to. I'd never stay there again, though each to their own.

The views were amazing, and everything was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the modern kitchen was well equipped.
