The staff became friends with us. We'd chat every day, and they suggested things to do and places to visit around Broken Hill. During our week there, they were so kind and patient about letting us sleep in, and would clean our room whenever we left. We were upgraded to a more comfortable room without any issue. Every day, it was cleaned and restocked with milk, tea, and coffee, so coming back felt like coming home to a fresh, tidy room. Their amazing service made this our best and most memorable hotel stay. I'm grateful for everything they did.

The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, and the rooms were super clean. The restaurant was delicious and breakfast was very nice too. It's a great spot, an easy walk to the main street, Civic Centre, cafes, and pubs.

The room had a comfortable bed and good facilities, and the staff were professional. The bathroom was small and there was no microwave, but the space was clean, functional, and well maintained. Ibis Styles Broken Hill is at the end of the main street, so shops and key sights are within easy walking distance, with a slightly quieter feel. We didn't use the pool or restaurant, but they're nice additions. Great value and an easy, hassle-free stay.

We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and both were very good. The room was very clean, with a good bathroom, and the location was great. Reception staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.
