The location was perfect, very close to kingscote and fairly easy to get wherever we wanted to go. We were blown away by how lovely the villa was for our four adults and four children. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the provisions were amazing, with everything we could need. Thoughtful extras made the stay even better, from toys under the stairwell to two vacuum cleaners and the heating already on when we arrived. I’ve stayed in lots of holiday homes, and this one is the best.

Carole was an amazing host, quick to reply whenever we had a question. The gorgeous cottage had everything needed for a perfect holiday, and our little furry friend could enjoy the stay too. We absolutely loved the peaceful, tranquil garden, which was beautiful and interesting.

We were a group of 15, four families, celebrating my in-laws’ 60th wedding anniversary at the place where they had honeymooned 60 years ago. We spent five lovely nights on Kangaroo Island at Seaside Cottages. Rachel helped us for the many months before our visit, communicating so well and making sure everyone would be comfortable. The process was seamless from beginning to end. The three residences suited our larger family perfectly and gave everyone room for their individual needs. All three homes were beautifully presented, and we really appreciated the celebratory balloons, wine and dressing gowns. I’ve already recommended the place and will keep doing so. Highly recommend.

These cottages helped make our Kangaroo Island family holiday special. There were 21 of us celebrating my father’s 80th birthday, and despite the size of the group, we were comfortable, with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a gorgeous large dining table. Everything was very clean, with lovely decor, coordinated furnishings and all sorts of things we might need, including cards, board games, table tennis, a BBQ and sporting equipment. Many thanks 😊
