It's a nice place to get started in the property market if you need an entry point. The size is a bit quaint and the floor plans could use more legroom. Parking for visitors and residents, though, is an absolute abomination.

The road noise is terrible, and if you're used to living somewhere noisy, it might be okay. But living on any of the upper floors is miserable because of the constant thumping from people walking around. Waterford doesn't have a "no hard flooring" policy like many apartments, so you hear people upstairs all the time.

The management team ignores all forms of contact, and when you finally reach Alan, he screams and swears. He is rude and aggressive, and very unprofessional. They are stealing people's bonds and handing out notices to leave to everyone. Do not rent through these people or deal with Alan.
