We used Aloha as our base for a wonderful week on NI. Lydia and the staff really went out of their way to make our holiday a great one. The spotless apartments had everything we needed, and their central spot on the main street meant we could walk to shops and restaurants. It was still quiet when it was time to sleep. What a great find, highly recommend.

We had a medical emergency, and the staff went to great lengths to help us through it. They were so friendly and helpful. Aloha Apartments is ideally placed in the centre of Norfolk Island's only town, with shops, restaurants and stores an easy stroll away. An excellent place to stay. Thanks, team.

We were a big family group, from grandparents to grandkids, and had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at Aloha Apartments. We booked four units for nine nights in January, and it worked out brilliantly. The rooms were comfortable, a good size and well equipped. Servicing was efficient and at sensible times, and the maintenance staff were busy all week, clearly taking pride in keeping everything in excellent shape. Anisa was a real gem, friendly and helpful from our first enquiry right through to our last day. She made everything easy and welcoming. The central Burnt Pine location is close to shops and amenities, so getting around was simple. The kids made great use of the pool, swimming nearly every day. One of our youngest grandkids even learnt to swim there without his floatie, a special memory for the whole family. We also spent plenty of time in the pool and BBQ area in the lovely weather. We're already looking at coming back with more family for Bounty Day in June. Highly recommended.

The picnic basket and blanket they provided came in handy, and all the staff were welcoming and nice. Our apartment was clean and roomy, in a very convenient part of town with cafes, clubs, the supermarket and general shopping nearby. We'll choose Aloha again when we return to Norfolk Island.

We had to suddenly extend our stay because of a family emergency, and the staff were especially helpful and friendly. The apartments were clean and had everything we needed. Being in the centre of town made it easy to get anywhere on the island in about 10 minutes by car, and there's plenty within walking distance if you don't have one. The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough for work, but was fine for browsing. We'll stay at Aloha next time we're on Norfolk Island.
