There was a fire in this building in 2014 because of the combustible cladding used in its construction, and the cladding still hasn't been replaced. Stay at your own risk. Another building by the same builder had a fire in February 2019. Seeing "Local Guides" give this place good ratings makes that title seem pretty useless.
