The area was peaceful and relaxing, and our room was clean. Mike was a lovely, friendly host who was happy to help with anything. We had a quiet, pleasant stay and would gladly return or recommend the place to friends visiting Busselton. J and G Tragardh

We paid for two nights, but my daughter and her partner left without staying. The room and beds were very small, and they felt unwelcome. The host was rude, and the place felt more like a backpackers' accommodation than the bed and breakfast hotel we had been led to expect. This was meant to be a getaway for her 21st, so it was especially disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.

We spent the weekend of 8 December there, and Mike and Beth were fantastic hosts. The gardens were lush, and the relaxed place felt like a quiet retreat even though it was close to all the action.

Mike was a big help when we had trouble with our hire car, thanks, Mike. We stayed two nights in October 2012 and were comfortable. It's a great place to visit.

Breakfast was superb, with bread, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea. The hosts were very welcoming, and the location is great, about 1 km from the jetty.
