The house doesn't have a road between it and the beach, but another house in front partially blocks the beach view. For four of our five nights there was no WiFi. We were two families from overseas, and being without internet and without roaming was a real inconvenience. My husband couldn't work, and there were no cartoons or movies. The box was locked in the maintenance room. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms also had no lights for the whole stay. The washing machine went into “cool down” mode and wouldn't open for hours, so I couldn't do any laundry. Gary didn't reply to my messages about these problems, and I had to contact Airbnb to reach him. The maintenance person didn't come until day four and couldn't fix the electricity or the washing machine. Airbnb gave us a partial refund for four nights under its insurance policy. Gary then tried to shame me over what he thought was a fair deal, which felt very unprofessional. I hadn't planned to leave a negative review, but the owner was so nasty and had already left me a review that just wasn't true. I hope this helps others.

The location really sets this house apart. It's right on the beach with wonderful ocean views, and close enough to walk into Busselton. Our Swiss relatives spent every spare minute looking out at the water. The house itself was amazing, the best holiday house we've stayed in. Everything was perfect, thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest details, and beautifully decorated. We had the most awesome time. Thank you.

Gary and Jodie were really helpful hosts, and the property had everything we'd need for a beach holiday. This is the most incredible place we've ever stayed, truly a five-star spot. Couldn't recommend it more!
