The owners sent really nice check-in information. The place is about what you'd expect from a basic caravan park, and close enough to town to walk everywhere. There are lots of permanent residents around the camp spots, so it felt fairly exposed. The showers were nice and hot during our stay, despite the comments about cold showers. I know the owners were away, so maybe it was unusual, but the camp kitchen was really dirty. The sink, floors, and tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, which was disappointing. Sadly, it’s probably worth paying more to stay at another campground.

The people who live there were so kind, and the owner was lovely and helpful at check-in. My chalet was beautifully clean and the bed was super comfy. I had an amazing stay and look forward to coming back!

I wanted to give owner Rob five stars because he’s a gem. We were on a road trip with our three-month-old puppy, and all the hotels and parks in town were full. It was late and we were running out of options when we called Busselton Holiday Village. Rob was very friendly and welcoming, and a last-minute cancellation meant we could get a chalet. It had all the facilities we needed, including a microwave, fridge, and cutlery. Thanks again, Rob, for taking our call after hours.

The price has become ridiculous. We used to pay $40 a night, which already felt like a lot but was manageable for the location. This time it was $57.50 a night, with $15 extra for a child, while our friends were charged $30 extra for two kids. Their explanation was the child fee, and I’m furious about it. The place looks like a salvage yard on arrival, with only a couple of caravan spots, old amenities, and heaps of permanent residents. The amenities weren't cleaned during our five-night stay, and half were out of use. Some residents seemed to hate children and yelled at ours for being on the road. Never again.

The location is great, and having a pool is a bonus. We were on a powered site. The young woman at reception was friendly and very helpful. There are mainly older people in the park, though some residents made us concerned about safety. With maintenance to the grounds, lawns, and gardens, plus upgraded toilets, this could be a fantastic park.
