I stayed in the loft room, and it was just right for a beach bolt hole: charming decor, clean and comfy, with a great location and plenty of hanging space for clothes. The service was fantastic. They were super helpful over messages, let me leave my luggage and helped me work out the washing and drying facilities when I couldn't figure them out lol. I'd 100% stay here again.

Outstanding place for our family while we were in town for a wedding. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus a large outdoor verandah with a lounge area and a table for 10. Shops and restaurants are just a 5 min walk away. The gardens are lovely, with a swing that's great for photos, and there's a unique outdoor garden shower.

We'd highly recommend staying at Barbara's Guesthouse in Byron Bay. The location is the best, in a really quiet area, and the room was small but lovely. We also liked the breakfast concept and the whole outdoor area. It was a bit pricey on the weekend, though everything in Byron Bay was in this range. The door and windows weren't very well sealed, so it got really cold overnight.

Claudia was an exceptional host, and we were very happy with our stay for my partner's birthday weekend. Our room had its private bathroom down the hall, but that wasn't a problem since we rarely saw other guests, and kimonos were provided. It's a short stroll to the town centre and just down the road from the brewery.

The house is tastefully decorated, and the breakfast supplied was terrific. Most rooms were booked while we were there, yet it felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves because we hardly saw anyone. It's so handy to town, which really matters when parking costs money. We walked everywhere. If I'm lucky enough to get a room next time I'm at Byron Bay, I'll be staying at Barbara's. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.
