Byron Pacific Apartments

The accommodation itself was terrific and the location awesome, which makes it a shame that one person ruined the trip. From day one, the manager kept entering the room, accusing us of unnecessary loud noise and collecting shopping trolleys. The security guards were terrific, but management fired them for reasons we don’t know. The price for six nights was ridiculous, and then I lost my bond over supposed “dirty dishes” and “excess cleaning needed.” I recommend not making your bed, vacuuming or sweeping during your stay, because apparently you’ll still be charged. I’ve stayed in all sorts of places, from park benches and my couch to Byron Bay Beach, and I’d rank them above Pacific Apartments. I give it one star for the prude and disrespectful management. Thanks for reading. I recommend Bayview Beachfront Apartments instead, much better bang for your buck. Cheers.

We’ve stayed with lovely Madonna in the heart of beautiful Byron Bay every year for well over a decade, and it’s always wonderful and relaxing. It’s ideal for a family of four, with great views and an easy stroll across the road to the beach and beach cafe barista, into town, or over to The Pass, Wategoes, the easternmost point of Australia and the lighthouse. We loved the “Beach Vibes” apartment. It was clean and tidy, with a brilliant spot right in front of Clarkes Beach. It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday, and Madonna’s service was great.

We’ll be back for sure. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Since I’d broken my pinky toe, Madonna and her son Julian kindly had our bags brought up to the third-floor unit without any fuss. They’re about the friendliest hosts you could hope for.
