Jo was a wonderful host, always helpful and attentive to what we needed. Villa Baleen is a real gem in Byron, beautifully styled and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend it.

We walked into town nearly every day and liked the cafe at the end of the street. Back at Villa Baleen, we spent heaps of time in the heated pool. Everything was lovely and clean, and Jo-anne communicated well throughout our stay. She was a lovely host.

The outdoor area was great, and it’s only about a five minute cycle into town, with spots like the General store cafe just across the road. My girlfriend and I had a terrific weekend here. The loft is beautifully decorated, with the bedroom upstairs and living space downstairs. We’d love to come back sometime soon.

Jo was a pleasure to deal with, and it’s clear she put a lot of time and effort into making the property so delightful. The outdoor bath was heavenly, and the thoughtful details meant I wanted for nothing during my stay. It’s a stunning place with absolutely everything I needed and more. I’ll definitely be back.

Jo, the owner and operator, made us feel welcome and was so helpful from the moment my fiancé and I arrived until we left. Staying at Villa Baleen was a gorgeous experience. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful place highly enough.
