Everything seemed shut when I arrived just after 7pm, and I was so relieved to find this place open with a room free. I'd driven from Mt Isa and had no service to arrange somewhere to stay on the way. Lucky stars indeed. My room was clean and tidy, the shower was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It felt safe and secure, and there was a secured place for my vehicle overnight. Thanks to the lovely manager for looking after me and my 2 friends. We were new to the environment and really appreciated it.

You drive in beside the bottle shop, which isn't obvious at first, but it's easy enough once you know. The people were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean enough, and had a decent bed. There's an olive python in a cage in the pub area. It was striking at us, but safely enclosed, so it was a bit of fun and a little weird. The place is slightly bizarre, like the town. It's basic rather than luxurious, but solid and safe accommodation. I'd definitely recommend it.

The outside doesn't have much of a wow factor, but the room had everything we needed on a long drive. It was clean and spacious, with aircon, a comfortable bed and the best shower in Tennant. Quiet, central and in a safe compound, too. The Sunday roast buffet was generous, and the price was good. Thanks to the host :)

People were friendly, and the rooms were basic but clean. The large Olive Python was fully enclosed, so it was no danger, though it tried to strike at anyone who went near. Getting in beside the drive-in bottle shop was a bit unclear since there are no signs. Tennant Creek is a slightly bizarre place, and this was an okay experience.

We loved the meal in the pub, and the room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. They'd left mints on the bed, cold water in the fridge, and biscuits with the tea and coffee. Nice little touches. The aircon was great, the prices were good, and everyone deserves top marks from us. I'm fussy, so well done. Thanks for having us 🙏
