For our 16 nights at Cairns Holiday Lodge, we always had hot water, strong WiFi, and air conditioning that kept the room super cool. Coffee, toiletries, and other amenities were kept fully stocked, too. The pleasant surroundings suited a family stay, and Manager Bharat and the housekeeping staff were consistently helpful and supportive. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. As a Torres Strait Islander, I felt welcomed and comfortable at Cairns Holiday Lodge. When we locked ourselves out late one night, manager Bharat came right away with a smile and helped us, going above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfy, and housekeeping was neat and polite. Service and hospitality were excellent. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely book again.

The peaceful surroundings and the Manager Bharat’s personal attention made our stay at Cairns Holiday Lodge feel especially comfortable. He was friendly and professional, and went above and beyond for guests. Our twin beds were comfortable, and the room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained. Everything was perfect from our first impression to the last. I’ll be returning. Thank you to the whole team.

Cairns Holiday Lodge felt clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Manager Bharat was friendly and helpful, and the staff gave excellent service the whole time I was there. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

It’s a nice place to stay in Cairns, though the reception could be better. The man at the desk seemed sluggish and not very friendly. In the evening, we also couldn’t get into the hotel because the gate was locked and the phone number on Booking went unanswered. Another guest fortunately let us into the hotel area.
