The pool was great, the park was quiet, and we had zero problems. I appreciated the secure boom gates on arrival, and the location makes a great base camp. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with several air conditioners, soft linen and comfortable beds. It was a very affordable last-minute two-night stay for me and my 15yo daughter. The electric bbqs were everywhere, so I caught up with friends from my teen years, which was lovely. I hadn't been given the room I booked online, and the woman at the desk didn't tell me I'd been put somewhere else. By the time I asked about it, her shift had ended. I assume I was talking to the owner then, who went above and beyond to make sure that oversight didn't spoil our stay. I hadn't expected that and was so grateful. For what I paid, I was really happy with the service. I'd definitely come back on my next holiday to Cairns. Thank you!

There are kids running everywhere without supervision, and there aren't enough bins for all the people staying in one unit with children. Management know about health concerns but don't care. They charge too much for parents who are already struggling. Health and safety will hear about this soon enough. Shut this place down or it will be reported.

Tourists coming to town, DO NOT STAY HERE. I'm a local and want you and your belongings to be safe. This is the biggest ghetto in Cairns and should be shut down. Trust me, stay somewhere like Ingenia Resort or NRMA. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The toilets and amenities are absolutely filthy, and the roads and paths are falling apart with huge potholes. I sprained my ankle on one. There are vagrants constantly partying and asking for money and cigarettes, so this place doesn't feel safe at all. Avoid it. The front desk is never open, the reception is filthy with graffiti everywhere, and there are piles of stale bread they give to the vagrants. Reception doesn't open on weekends, and staff never answer the mobile phone.

It's a very quiet park, and the toilets and showers are in excellent condition. We stayed five nights. The amenities are cleaned daily, the staff are really helpful, and I'd recommend this park to anyone.
