Cocos Holiday Apartments

The prices are fairly good and the location is good, but I had five days of bad experiences and wouldn't recommend the place or stay again. The beds and bedding were uncomfortable, and there were barely any supplies like toilet paper or soap. For the price, basic things such as toilet paper and washing liquid should be provided. Being expected to wash the dishes for the next guest without washing liquid felt borderline unsanitary. Edit: I wrote this while I was still at the apartment. Two staff members came to my room and were very rude, harassing me about the review and threatening to make me leave early unless I took it down. If you want bad service, this is the place to stay.

Everything you need is in the unit or close by, and the on-site operators are really kind and friendly. The place is well kept, good value, and in a great spot, one block from everything @trinity. My first photo is the view from my room toward “town centre,” the bus stop, store, bar, and restaurants.

I spent just over a month at Cocos, and it felt clean, safe, and homely. Katie & Chris were wonderful hosts, friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone after a fully self-contained apartment for a short or long stay.

We've stayed at Cocos a few times over the past year or two and have loved it every time. Rhona is lovely and a delight to deal with. The rooms are spotless, affordable, and well equipped, while the pool and grounds are kept clean and tidy. The complex is one street back from the beach and the restaurants along the Trinity Beach esplanade.
