The apartment itself was amazing, but the large largoon pool we came for was freezing in May. The sea was actually warmer, and we wouldn’t have booked if we’d known. I spoke with someone at reception, but they weren’t interested in listening. Solar could make a major difference to the temperature.

Fiona at the reception desk was lovely and helpful, always smiling, even with difficult, rude customers. We were on the ground floor, with the spa just outside our room. The garden was beautiful, our kid enjoyed the pool, and we all made use of the spa. Plenty of restaurants nearby, plus onsitee parking.

The washing machine and dryer came in handy during our stay. These self-service apartments have all the amenities and a lovely central pool, right by Palm cove beach and a short drive from some amazing sights. A large coles and BP Station are about 5 mins away, and there are restaurants and a mini market close by too.

We were on the 4th floor in a nice room with everything we needed and a comfy bed. Shops and restaurants are close, and the pool area is great. Would stay again and recommend it.

The pool was a real highlight, and the staff were super lovely. Our room and all the resort amenities were clean, fresh and just what we needed. The hallways are a little worn and hospital like, but inside the rooms everything was amazing. I’d read reviews mentioning possible mold and was nervous, though we had no reason to worry. I booked Drift, Palm Cove after finding somewhere local to everything within our budget, and we had the most incredible time. Thanks for having us!
