We spent a lovely week at Sanctuary, Palm Cove. Our apartment was large and well equipped, set among charming grounds with a big pool that was well used. The beach and cafes and restaurants are only a short walk away, and Cairns centre and the airport are an easy 20-minute drive. The management team were friendly and very helpful, going above and beyond when I had trouble with the rental car. I’d recommend it.

The complex was immaculate, with careful attention to detail throughout, excellent security, and a sensational pool. The pier, shops, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. We did have to deal with old, stale water in the washing machine before we could use it, which was my one complaint. Otherwise, this really is a hidden piece of paradise. Highly recommend.

The staff were so helpful with anything we needed and gave us great tips for local bookings and activities. Hiring a car on site made day trips easy, and they supplied car seats too. The large apartments are in a beautiful setting and work really well for families of all ages. We had a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook, plus basic pantry staples, which made things much easier with small kids. The pool had different depths and was great for toddlers. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The apartment was clean and beautiful, and the on-site pool was great. It’s a peaceful place surrounded by nature, just steps from the beach and restaurants, with beautiful facilities. Such a restful tropical break. The family run business made the stay feel amazing. A must if you want some quiet.

I liked it so much I added another night. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the pool was awesome. The apartment had plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt and pepper, paper towels and more. It was spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with great water pressure. I’d definitely recommend it.
