We’ve held family get-togethers at the Philadelphia hotel about a dozen times over the past 40 years, and we love coming back. The room upgrades are a nice change, too. Amanda was wonderful to work with for our large group booking, 23 of the 24 rooms. Thanks for having all of us, and sorry about the noise!

The owners’ care really shows here. This is easily the cleanest motor inn I’ve ever seen, with spotless rooms and a bathroom that was large and clean. The beds were great, the TV was a good size and had Google TV, and the AC was quiet and efficient. It’s well appointed for a motel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it’s great value with good rooms. I’ve stayed at Philadelphia Motel before and came back for another night. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I’d recommend staying here on a visit to Echuca. I’ll be back.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times before and wanted to book again. Amanda quoted us $145 a night for two nights. We then found a price $15 cheaper on a booking website and sent her a screenshot, but she argued that it wasn’t correct. It was only a $15 difference, but her attitude put us off booking altogether. On principle, we won’t be coming back. So much for keeping your customers. In response to the motel: No, you didn’t offer a $15 per night discount. You said $300 for two nights, and that $290 was the best you could do. If you’d offered the discount you’re now claiming, it would have been $270. I even sent you a screenshot showing $275 on booking.com, and you said it was too cheap. How can you say here that you offered me $15 per night off?

It was our first time staying here, over Easter. The rooms were nice and the service was great. We’ll definitely stay again.
