Quest Echuca

The reception staff member who helped me with some last-minute printing this morning was so calm and lovely. It was a great start before a big workshop, and such good customer service. The stay at Echuca Quest was comfortable, clean and well set up for an overnight work trip. I’ve had another great visit and will see you next time I’m in town.

Off-street parking was full when I arrived, but luckily someone moved their car. The studio apartment was very clean, the bathroom looked refurbished, and the kitchenette had everything I needed. Staff were very efficient and friendly.

The service was polite and friendly. The rooms were incredibly clean, the beds comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to the town centre and main attractions.

Reception is super fast, professional, courteous and efficient, and the place has been very well maintained over the years. The location is excellent, close to the port and shops. A heads-up if you’re a light sleeper or doing hospital on-calls: rooms near the front, such as 1B, get noise from passing cars, utes and trucks. Sound also comes through the adjoining door even when it’s closed. I could hear a baby crying for much of the night while the parents tried to settle them. There aren’t many parking spots, so you may need to park on the street and walk back to your car. That might not be an issue in a safe country town like Echuca, but coming from Melbourne, I’m a bit paranoid about safety and the risk of car-jacking.
