The location was handy, near the beach, restaurants and a small supermarket, and Anna was a friendly host. We stayed three days in the two-bedroom apartment, which matched its description and had everything we needed. It was very clean, and being on the top floor gave us a nice view of tropical greenery. Check-in details and communication were clear.

We only booked two nights and ended up wishing we'd stayed longer. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was really comfortable, and having a few paid channels on the TV was a nice extra. Our private courtyard felt tucked away and secluded, and the lush grounds were beautiful. We didn't get around to using the pool, though it looked very relaxing. Highly recommend.

The direct access from our unit to the pool was a real treat, and we enjoyed it every day. The hotel's gardens are stunning and made us feel like we were in Bali. There were plenty of chances to watch birds around the grounds and in Palm Cove too. We had a wonderful time here.

We came back for my husband's 60th birthday after staying here in 2024, when the previous owners had renovated the place into an oasis and given each room spectacular murals. This return was a letdown within hours. We booked for four adults but had swimming towels for only two. After I messaged, the owners eventually brought two more. The washer-dryer combo then left our towels wet. It showed an error, and troubleshooting from the manual didn't help. I messaged the owners again and got no reply. It rained the whole stay, so we had no dry towels. We regretted coming back and won't return.

That peaceful outdoor space was the best part for me, the pool and gardens felt like a little haven. Palm Cove itself is small but just right, with a good choice of places to eat and shop. The beach is beautiful, and lifeguards mark out a safe swimming area. We were a family of four in an upstairs apartment at the front of the property. It was modern, clean and spacious, with a balcony over tropical gardens that felt calm. The air conditioning worked well and was much needed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all we needed, including a Nespresso machine. I was glad the washing machine and supplied powder meant I didn't have to buy a whole box. Thank you 😊
