Tropical Apt. in Beach Club Resort with Private Spa Bath

We had a great three-night family stay at Peppers Beach Club & Spa in Palm Cove and would consider coming back. Our package was excellent value, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. As an Accor Gold member, I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious. The pool is impressive in size, but the water was quite cold. The spa pool also didn’t feel heated, though we’d expected it to be.

The location was a highlight: right across from the beach and an easy walk to cafés and restaurants, while still feeling quiet and private. The pool areas were peaceful, well looked after and lovely after a day out. The resort is beautifully laid out, with tropical gardens and pools that give it that relaxed Palm Cove feel. Our room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed, and waking up surrounded by the tropical setting felt wonderful. The staff throughout were warm and accommodating. We had loud frogs keeping us awake for the first couple of nights, but the team understood and quickly moved us to a room where we couldn’t hear them. They handled it kindly and without hesitation, and we felt well looked after. We absolutely loved our stay at Peppers Beach Club & Spa, Palm Cove.

We’ve just got home after nine nights at Peppers Beach Club Palm Cove, and we can’t stop smiling. The staff were so friendly and always keen to help. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to the Beach View Penthouse Suite, with its own private pool. We couldn’t believe it. Thank you to everyone who made it one of our best holidays. My husband and I had a truly memorable stay and can’t fault the accommodation.

The Lagoon pool was the highlight, and La Messa served great Mexican food. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay overall. If I’m being picky, though, the room was only “cleaned” once during our four-night visit. They changed the towels and tucked in the sheets, but the floor, kitchen and toilets were still dirty.
