Aspect Caloundra

The apartments were spacious and very clean, and the facilities felt five-star. We were offered an early check-in at 11am, which was a fantastic surprise, and communication before arrival was excellent. The location is perfect, just 60m from the water, with a lovely beach walk past lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The kids made good use of the tennis court, gym and theatre, and also enjoyed the pool and lap pool. We had a fantastic, relaxing week with family at Aspect, our second stay in these beautiful modern apartments. It’s perfectly placed near Caloundra’s Main Street, Bulcock beach and the esplanade, with its cafes, restaurants and bars. Happy Valley is a lovely five-minute walk away, and a few minutes further along the boardwalk takes you to Kings Beach, where we had dinner at the surf club. The northern beaches are the best close to Brisbane, and the views are second to none. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.

Julie was very helpful, and there’s a beautiful pool, tennis court and courtyard breakout spaces for catching up with friends or family near the amenities. The spot is wonderfully central for a first stay in Caloundra: the Pastry Lab is next door, there’s a lovely Italian restaurant across the road, the movies are on the opposite corner, and the boardwalk to Kings Beach and its attractions is quick and beautiful. Just be ready for a LOT of walking. We were on Level 3, and I’d choose a higher floor next time. For an uninterrupted ocean view, the premium option is probably the best bet.

A really handy base for families. The walk to the beach, park, main street and food outlets is fantastic, and other attractions like the ginger factory, aussie zoo and Sea-life aquarium are roughly a half-hour drive away. Our apartment was clean and nice, and the whole building smelled great when we came in. The price was reasonable for such a good location. We’ll probably stay here again.
