Maple Hill Cottage

We spent three days in this beautiful cottage, and it was immaculate. The owner had clearly put a lot of care into making it comfortable, including preparing gluten free bread and dairy free products for my partner before and during our stay. We'd definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Gerry and Anthony were lovely to interact with. Their care for the cottage shows in all the details, and they made it feel as if they were welcoming personal guests. The gated cottage was peaceful, and we slept well. WiFi worked well too. The views all around were stunning, and the location made for a wonderful escape into nature. Inside, it was warm and cozy with excellent heating, lovely linen and bedding, and tasteful decor that gave the cottage a serene, welcoming feel. It was immaculately kept, with thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including a stove, dishwasher, fridge, plenty of supplies and basic utensils. We didn't use the washing machine, but the laundry supplies would be handy for a longer stay. Nothing seemed overlooked, from the practical amenities to the little touches. A freshly baked loaf and some fruit cake were waiting when we arrived before Christmas. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Outside was neat and tidy, with cows in the back paddock and friendly dogs belonging to the owners. It was a relaxing start to our Tasmania holiday. We'd stay again, and should have booked an extra day.

The place is small, but there's enough room, and everything was clean and worked. The owners had baked bread for our arrival, and it tasted as good as it looked. There were chocolates, a range of tea and coffee, and clean linen. What a beautiful place to stay, I honestly can't praise it enough.
