Pinnacles Edge Resort

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds and an amazing Spa Bath that felt great after a day in Lancelin. The main downside was that it was full of flies when we first walked in. The hotel is in a very quiet spot, perhaps a little too isolated. The restaurant was calm and the dishes were good, though the wait was quite long. We didn’t find it expensive, actually very good value.

We stopped for just one night on our way up the coast and stayed in a ground-room apartment. It had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes airer, and that elusive shaver charger that finally let us charge our electric toothbrushes. Dinner in the restaurant was superb and the service very friendly. We’d definitely stay again.

The kids loved the pool, and the apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We stayed one night in a Family Apartment at the back, and it was so lovely. After a long day at the Pinnacles, the Spa Bath was a real treat. We chose the Buffet Breakfast, $24 for adults and $12 for kids under 12, and there was plenty to eat. The coffee was good too. It was a quiet period, so they gave us a late checkout for free when we asked. Thank you! I’d stay again and recommend it for families.

There’s a lot of room for a family, and having a microwave, utensils, and basic kitchen facilities was handy on our road trip. The staff at Pinnacles Edge Resort were welcoming, and it’s well placed for local attractions and places to eat. The property is somewhat dated and could use renovations, particularly the appliances and bathroom fittings. Even so, it was clean and comfortable, and we felt it was good value.
