The staff were friendly, and the pool stays open until a decent hour. But there were dirty mugs in our room, and the toilet clearly hadn't had a proper clean in months. Seeing things that obvious made me wonder what else hadn't been cleaned properly, or whether the sheets had been changed. The Wi-Fi and air-con were patchy, and there were no Wi-Fi details in the room. There also weren't any buttons accessible for the spa jets.

We had a great-sized room and a very comfortable bed. The view out over the pool and gardens was a real bonus. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.

The room was good value, smelled fresh and had the air-con on when we inspected it before booking. Nice pool too. It had a TV, air-con, pool, coffee, tea and biscuits. Would definitely recommend.

There was plenty of room to relax, with grassy areas and lovely trees giving the place a calm feel. The room was clean and the air-con worked well. The pool looked great, though I didn't swim because it was a bit cool ATM. It's family and pet friendly, the staff were pleasant all round, and there's a servo, KFC, bottle shop and Coffee Club within walking distance. The manager let me check in at 1pm instead of 2pm. Highly recommend, and I'll stay again.

A lovely outlook and a clean, welcoming place to stay, with quiet and calming surroundings. The only minor downside was the car park had recently been tarred and was a bit messy. It'll settle down, and we made sure to wipe our feet before going into the unit.
