When our shower started leaking, they moved us to an upgrade straight away, with no fuss. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and got fantastic service. Would definitely recommend!

We got a site for a surprisingly good price and were placed right by the toilet and Camp kitchen, which we didn’t mind. The park and amenities were neat and tidy. Reception was fantastic, no wait, and we felt very welcome. It’s a gem of a spot, about 10ks from town, with completely secure grounds. Well done, guys.

The room was pet friendly and absolutely spotless, with no pet smell at all. It was an older cabin, but within my budget, with decent aircon and beds, and everything we needed. The garden was manicured, there was a lovely pool, and the room was quiet, with no sirens or traffic noise. It’s a few minutes from town, but the peace is priceless. After days of leaving our rental tired and exhausted, the bed was up there with the best motel beds I’ve had, and the shower had great pressure. The staff and management exceeded my expectations. They’re helpful, exceptional humans, and approachable. I’m travelling with a 13 year old on a long trip south and needed to recharge. Thanks to Troy and staff. This first experience means I’ll choose Big 4 again.

It’s a spacious, quiet park with lots of shady trees and friendly, helpful staff. The guests seem nice too, and the pool isn’t constantly full of kids. There’s almost no noise from the nearby highway, and Fairfield Shopping Centre is close. The amenities could use a bit of a makeover, but the water pressure is great and they’re still nice. Hope the rest of our stay is just as good.
