We stayed in the beautiful spa room, in a grand country house with a cosy, vintage feel. The gardens are beautifully kept and made a peaceful break from city life. Pete and Shelly were lovely and welcoming, and the home-cooked breakfasts were amazing. The quiet town centre of Clunes is only a few minutes away on foot. We loved our weekend and would definitely return.

The hosts, Peter and Shelley, make Keebles feel so welcoming. The grounds are like a beautifully kept park, ideal for a private function or a quiet stroll. Inside is stunning, with decor that creates an intimate atmosphere. There are beautiful things everywhere, but it still feels comfortable and homely. A wonderful place to stay or celebrate, highly recommended.

Peter and Shelley are warm, welcoming hosts who clearly love what they do. Their gardens are magnificent, and the house is a charming B and B in the equally charming town of Clunes. Inside and out, the quality is obvious, with superb furnishings and an interior decorator’s eye for detail. Highly recommended.

There was plenty of room to spend time together in front of the fire, read quietly on your own, or play billiards. Our bedroom was comfortable and the ensuite was adequate. The house has stylish furnishings that suit the building’s period, and a large, well-manicured garden. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and even arranged a dinner booking for us at a local restaurant. A wonderful experience that I’d thoroughly recommend.
