Dock of the Bay

The kitchen had ants that got into our food, and all the windows were locked with no key given to us. The lounge curtain is sheer, so neighbours can see right in at night. The door deadlock has no quick release, which would be against fire codes. The free-to-air TV reception was down when we arrived. We reported it to management, but they did nothing. They suggested streaming, but the TVs weren't set up with apps, and we couldn't cast to them either. They also said there was no reception here, even though there's a new antenna and you can clearly see the tuned channel list. They were very good at gaslighting us and not good at fixing the problem. Previous tenants seem to have pulled out the cabling trying to fix it. They sent a young guy over with no tools, no parts and no idea how a TV works. He scratched his head for a while, then left. We ended up with two huge, useless TVs. That's poor service for an expensive property. At least it wasn't anything essential.
