The manager walking into our unit without knocking on our second-last day was the final straw. He called out, "You haven't checked out yet...??" We told him we still had another 24 hours booked. After asking what day it was, he said he'd been given the wrong list and walked away without apologizing. Very poor service. We've stayed at this resort five times and enjoyed it in the past, but the standard has slipped over the years. Things in the rooms aren't being looked after: the aircon fails, toilet seats don't work, towel racks are missing, kitchenware is dirty, and our carpark gate fob didn't work. When we tried to raise issues, the male manager got defensive and found it hard to engage with us. We won't be back.

Our first stay was five-star, but this time the way our booking was handled was very poor. We were quoted a monthly rate for next February. When we accepted, we got no response despite sending four emails. A friend went to the location to ask what was happening, and was told they had computer problems and to email again. I did, only to be told the price had gone up because electricity and other costs would rise next year. They wouldn't honor the quote they'd given us. I've recommended four groups stay there before, but I won't anymore.

Had a really relaxed weekend here. The place was spacious, the aircon worked well and we had everything we needed. The woman on staff I spoke with was lovely and friendly. I rate it, and we'll definitely be back.

The apartment was generous in size and didn't feel dated, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. We spent five nights here, though it flew by. The landscaping gave the place a tropical feel, and the pool area was just right, with the choice of a warm or cool swim. Shops and restaurants were only a short stroll away. We'll definitely return and can't wait.
