We had a lovely stay tucked among the walking paths and local wildlife, and it was only a few minutes by car to the shops and cafes. It is a peaceful place to unwind. The price was a bit steep, and we had to message the owners twice over our three days. He replied quickly, but having to chase things up after paying that much was annoying. Still, worth trying at least once.

We keep coming back whenever we're in Lorne. The cottages are comfortable and well equipped, and the fireplaces are great in colder weather, with plenty of wood supplied. It's a lovely bush setting with walks nearby, and it feels wonderfully cut off from everything even though town is only a few minutes away.

Had a great, peaceful stay. Kangaroos were around each morning and evening, and after dark hundreds of glow worms lit up the creek banks green.

Such a calm, beautiful place to stay in one of the country's most charming towns. It was seriously relaxing.

A quiet little spot for a relaxing getaway, and the price felt very fair.
