Steve makes every visit to Cooma feel special. He’s a wonderful host who goes out of his way to make guests comfortable, and his breakfasts are hard to beat. This is one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed at anywhere, warm and welcoming every time.

Lou Crystal Creek NSW I celebrated my 50th birthday here and felt incredibly welcome from the start. Steve has made this historic home, its gardens, and Cooma feel so special, with comfort, luxury, and real warmth well beyond what I expected. And that bath! A blissful stay I won’t soon forget.

The breakfast alone is worth planning for: Steve served us fantastic scrambled eggs from the garden chickens. The Alpine Hotel is just down the road for dinner, too. We booked on a whim during a road trip and were amazed by the beautiful guest house. Steve welcomed us warmly, and its quiet spot off the main streets makes it a real gem at the gateway to the Snowy Mountains.
