We were very disappointed and feel we deserve a sizable refund for what we dealt with. The apartment was never serviced, and it was dirty: hair in the bathroom, unclean dishes from the previous tenant, lipstick on a cup, a dirty hob and bench, and a dirty floor. The sofa was dirty too, and the kitchen barely had any utensils, not even basics like a fruit bowl. Before booking, I checked that we could get a room by the pool, that the car park had easy access and a ramp, and that apartment service was daily. We were told yes to all three. Instead, our apartment was at the front of the building, far from the pool and too far for us to walk. The car park had only stairs, which my husband struggled with, so he parked on the street. We still paid $25 per night for the car park.

The spacious apartment and secure parking were great, and the location worked really well. I stayed at Aligned Corporate Residences for three weeks, and the team made me feel at home. Everyone was friendly and professional. Hats off to them, I’d certainly recommend it.

Lisa and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is handy too, right next to the supermarket and close to shops and restaurants.

The apartments are roomy and comfortable, and it’s handy having dog parks nearby. They’re dog friendly as well. Rochelle in the office was such a sweetheart when I checked in, and the place was very well run during the pandemic.
