The building itself is astonishing, and it’s clearly been kept in good condition and made very secure. I liked having different exit options in case of an emergency. There’s plenty to do nearby and the views are incredible. I can only imagine the work and money that went into building it.

You can go right to the top for free, and the views over Brisbane stretch for kilometres on a clear day. It’s a great way to see the scale of the city, with landmarks and natural scenery far off in the distance. On a sunny day the skyline looks spectacular, whether you’re taking panoramic photos or just looking around. There are toilets plus several restaurants and bars on the rooftop, so you can get a drink or something to eat and stay awhile. It works for a date, time with friends, or a bit of solo unwinding. A rare spot that really takes your breath away, and well worth a visit for locals or visitors who want a different view of Brisbane.

I was there a week ago, and since it was my first time at the place I had plenty of questions and requests. Kirsty was kind and helpful every time. Thanks again for making me feel so welcome.

The new Star Casino building and Queen’s Wharf make a striking addition to Brisbane’s skyline, with impressive architecture and a prime spot by the river. The facilities feel modern and thoughtfully designed. There isn’t much retail or dining open yet, though, as many shops and restaurants are still waiting to open. Once everything is operating, this could become a lively place for entertainment, shopping, and food. I’m looking forward to seeing how it develops.

I had a medical episode and was ushered out through the lobby door. I had to arrange my own emergency response. Management had to be contacted several times about what happened, and the duty manager was rude. Management's response was, “What more do you expect the staff member to do?” A very poor experience. I’d never stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for professional service that’s transparent and meets community expectations.
