The receptionist was friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the WIFI worked well. It was a decent overnight stop in a town with a little history. In colder weather, I'd suggest the owners add door seals to the front door to keep cold drafts out.

Our ground floor room opened onto the lawn and garden, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and great value. A pleasant surprise, and we'd stay again.

The manager was friendly and welcoming, and the location worked perfectly for exploring the area. Our room at the Coonawarra Motor Lodge was spotless, nicely appointed, and a good size. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the towels were excellent quality. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Highly recommend this motel! 5/5 stars.

A good value, tidy motel in a quiet setting, with a nice courtyard and historical buildings next door.
