I’d definitely recommend this place for an overnight stop while travelling. The rooms and motel are tidy, very clean, and well cared for. The managers and staff are friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast bag is a thoughtful extra that’s handy on the road. There’s an Indian restaurant on site, town is an easy walk away, and parking off the street feels safe.

The Goat Curry was the highlight of an already great stay at Country Gardens Motel. I usually order Vindaloo or Rogan Josh, but our server encouraged me to try it. It was delicious, mildly spicy, and served on the bone, so you can pick it up and suck the meat off. We’d asked for dinner advice at check-in and were invited to eat at the Indian restaurant. The chef’s wife, who checked us in, helped us choose a couple of dishes we hadn’t tried before. Our young waitress was still learning but did well, asking the owner for help when she needed it. The room was good value and had everything we needed. A lovely, unexpected meal, and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes Indian food.

We called at 7pm to book for two adults and three children, arriving that same night at 9pm, and they accommodated us without any trouble. It’s not easy to find motels with rooms for a family of that size. The room was clean, nicely updated and well presented, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely gesture. We’d happily stay again for a quick stopover.

A light breakfast was a nice touch, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a lounge plus a table and chairs. We’ve tried a few motels in Coonabarabran over the years, and Country Garden has been the best in our experience. It’ll be our first choice next time we visit.

My Superior Queen Room felt cosy and almost like home, and everything was comfortable. The rooms were super clean and tidy, and the motel has a quaint feel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast pack was a huge bonus, and the restaurant food was tasty too. Thanks for a great stay :)
