We stayed three nights and it was so quiet, with nothing audible from outside. The place is tucked away on a peaceful street, though still close enough to walk to Echuca eateries and shops without being bothered by traffic and noise. There's parking right outside the room. Inside, we had everything we needed: air con, ceiling fans, a kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer, TV, lovely couch, courtyard, privacy blinds, a big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a corner spa and separate shower, walk-in robe and desk. Our hostess Sharon was lovely when we arrived and showed us around, explaining how everything worked. Perfect for anyone after something other than a standard motel.

Unit 3 was clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and secure off-street parking. The terrace was lovely and spacious, and the historic port area was an easy walk away. A quiet stay, and I can't fault it.

Spacious, quiet and very comfortable, with nothing missing. It's an easy walk into town, too. A great place to stay in Echuca, and it'll be our first choice when we come back. Definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Acacia Terraces was faultless. The accommodation was extremely clean and roomy, in a quiet spot within walking distance of lovely cafes and restaurants. Sharon was a friendly, pleasant host who knew her stuff. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

My five-year-old grandson loved what he called "granny's hotel," especially the courtyard where we had lunch and dinner. Sharon made us feel very welcome, even though we arrived a little early. What a lovely place to stay. We'd definitely come again. Thank you, Sharon.
