The lady was lovely to deal with and very accommodating, and we were generally happy with the facilities. With toddlers, though, it was stressful: they could unlock all the doors and climb over the balcony barrier, so the place probably wasn’t suitable for them. The room also needed a proper clean. It was dusty, the glasses and plates hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the pillows provided had stains on them, which was gross. Bring your own pillows.
