Sydney Boutique Hotel

Sam was welcoming, professional and helpful, and at checkout the gentleman on duty quickly offered to hold my bags for the day, a lovely touch. Sam also upgraded my basic room to a clean studio with a quirky vibe at no charge. It had a very unusual chair, unlike anything I’ve seen, but actually comfortable. The bed was very soft, which worked for me, though anyone with a bad back might want to check if there’s a firmer mattress. Great value and location between Darlinghurst and Kings Cross, with easy walks to Hyde Park and the CBD. I’ll happily stay again.

The room had an amazing balcony, a great shower with excellent water pressure, and a really comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming, and the manager stayed attentive throughout our visit. Being so central means you can sometimes hear the road or nearby rooms, but it didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Access is by stairs, something to bear in mind if you have mobility needs. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

Both receptionists were kind and helpful. I arrived last minute on Sunday after a problem at another hotel, and the receptionist helped me out. On Monday morning, another receptionist helped me find a room for that night and was attentive as well. My room was clean and well equipped, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable. My experience at Sydney Boutique Hotel was wonderful, and I’ll definitely come back if I’m in sydney again.

Sam greeted us warmly right away and was a lovely, top tier receptionist, super welcoming and accommodating. Marco, our airport shuttle driver, was just as good. Exceptional customer service from both, and I highly recommend their services!
