H on Mitchell Apartment Hotel

There’s a walking track around the city on the next street over, and most things in the city are close by. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large, and there’s a washer and dryer attached to the room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Staff were very helpful. Parking costs, unless you get in early enough to find one of the free downstairs spots.

We felt safe staying at H105 hotel while the cyclone was hitting. I couldn’t hear what was going on outside at all, and just watched the rain from my window. The view was great, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I had a relaxing night. The room had everything needed for a short or longer stay, and the shops are nearby. The front desk staff, Jimmy and the managers Sin and Maria, were amazing and friendly. Everyone else we encountered, from the cleaners to the staff at lizard bar, was lovely too. I’d definitely recommend the hotel for another stay.

The sportsbar downstairs does a terrific steak, give the sirloin a try, and the bar staff are friendly and professional. The hotel itself is wonderful too, with a perfect location, cool, lovely rooms and soft towels. Demi was the highlight for me. She’s always cheerful and friendly, no matter what time it is, and looks after my colleagues and me so well. She checks us in promptly, and the other night she even stopped to help us while heading home after work. Thank you C.Rice

I stay at H on Mitchell regularly and have been impressed by both the rooms and the customer service. Jimmy at Reception really went above and beyond yesterday, and I thanked him in person. I’d checked out earlier in the week, then realised I’d left frozen meals in the fridge. I called Jimmy from the airport, and he went and got them himself. Four days later, they were waiting for me when I returned. Thank you!
