Daylesford was a lovely place to explore, with great cafes, charming boutiques and beautiful scenery. Sausalito made a peaceful base to come back to each day, and the location was fantastic. The house was warm and comfortable, with lovely styling, a well-equipped kitchen and bedrooms that were made up perfectly. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway and felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend Sausalito more. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a lovely weekend in this comfortable cottage. It’s well located for a walk to the Farmers Market, famous Cliffy’s for brunch, the town and the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could cook and enjoy a nice meal. The garden is beautifully maintained, and even in winter we enjoyed a glass of wine under the stars. We’ll certainly be back.

The place exceeded our expectations. It’s a 12 minute walk into town and conveniently close to Farmers Arms and Daylesford Market. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with comfy beds, lovely decor throughout and manicured gardens at both the front and back. We’ll definitely return.

The beds were so comfortable, and we could walk into the centre of town in just a short time. We stayed here for a few winter nights with friends and loved how cosy and warm the house was. It had all the amenities we needed, plus a lovely fireplace. The market was nearby too.

We spent plenty of time relaxing in the sunny backyard, which was lovely. The home was gorgeous, and it was handy having the Farmers Arms pub and markets close by. The beds were incredibly comfortable too.
