The highlight was sitting on the deck at sunset, watching kangaroos and emus. Kerrie and Phil are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome at their Bed and Breakfast. Each private unit has all the cooking equipment you need. A very special stay.

After travelling for three months, staying here felt like a proper chance to slow down and relax. The views are stunning, and wildlife comes right up to the doorstep. Phil and Kerry are lovely, and we had a good laugh together. If we're back in Denham, this will be our first port of call. This is where you need to stay.

A hidden gem in Western Australia! We loved spending time on the deck watching the kangaroos, enjoying the lovely BBQ and being looked after by a wonderful host who was always available.

The huge hot tub and great deck made it easy to relax and eat, and the generous breakfast and fun conversations added to the stay. We really enjoyed On the Deck, especially the view and communal kitchen. It stood out on our trip from Perth to Exmouth. Highly recommended!

The outdoor eating area is nicely shaded, so we enjoyed using it in the morning and evening. On the Deck was a great place to stay, with an outdoor kitchen stocked with pots, pans and utensils that made cooking a pleasure. Each evening Phil and Kerri feed carrots to a mob of kangaroos right beside the deck. Emus also visit the water bowls, along with Gallahs and Zebra finches. I'd highly recommend it when visiting Shark Bay.
